Ekspert specialize in payrolling, accounting and HR administration, putting our “ekspertise” to work for businesses that are looking to outsource these functions partially or entirely. We offer Saas-driven ERP solutions powered by the Abacus software platform and hosted remotely or on-site.
Abacus (www.abacus.ch) is the ERP we have adopted as our main tool to run our operations and deliver our services to clients in Switzerland, Austria and Germany.
The candidate prime mission is to ensure a robust operation and evolution of the Abacus ERP as well as providing support and technical knowledge of the usual IT tools to our users.
- Design and implement new procedures to automate manual work with the ERP.
- Analysis, development and maintenance of data exchanges between our ERP and external platforms.
- Prepare customized reports (e.g. Financial/ GL) for our clients.
- Provide support to all our users for the ERP and business applications.
- Participate in internal and client projects, namely the deployment of a Business Intelligence platform.
- Experience of an ERP (Abacus preferred).
- Proven experience with reporting tools (AbaReport, MS SSRS, etc. ).
- Proven experience of project delivery with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office 365
- Knowledge of a BI tool preferably Abacus Data Analyzer or other solutions is a plus
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Very good written and oral communication skills in English and French, German mandatory
