The Payroll & HR Admin Team Leader is responsible for supervising, coordinating and maintaining adequate spirit of a team of up to five highly talented payroll specialists. Furthermore the payroll team leader will also process the payroll of specific clients and carry out the support for the team and handle customer requests.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Responsible for the management and delivery of all aspects of payroll
- Processing the payroll for specifics clients
- Providing support for the payroll specialist team and their clients
- Responsible for the management and development of the payroll teams
- Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or Payroll Manager
- Strong understanding of Swiss payroll and related reporting and administrative duties
- Good command of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software
- Knowledge of Abacus (www.abacus.ch) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English (French or German is a plus)
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Effective problem solver
- Have a positive work attitude
- Proven ability to train and develop a team
- Motivated self-starter & proactive
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Very organized and disciplined approach to work
